CFO, Freedom Technology Solutions Group, LLC
Under Grady Lincalis’ financial leadership, Freedom Technology Solutions Group achieved CMMC Level 2 certification through a Certified Third-Party Assessment Organization representing a significant milestone in the company’s commitment to cybersecurity, compliance and the protection of sensitive government information.
This achievement reinforces the company’s commitment to safeguarding Controlled Unclassified Information, strengthening customer confidence and meeting the rigorous security requirements necessary to support its defense and government partners.
“By embedding security and compliance into our operations, we are building a strong foundation for responsible, sustainable growth and positioning Freedom to pursue new opportunities with confidence,” Lincalis said.

Fun fact: Lincalis is a car enthusiast, but his passion is a little different from most. Rather than focusing on horsepower or performance, he is pursuing his family’s high-mileage record, currently held by a 2003 Dodge Neon that reached 309,000 miles. With 264,000 miles on his 2013 Honda Accord, Lincalis is confident he will be the new record holder soon.
