    Bob Kwaja

    CFO, Two Six Technologies

Bob Kwaja’s biggest recent achievement as CFO has been accelerating Two Six Technologies’ product portfolio through strategic capital deployment and a disciplined focus on scalable, mission-critical technology. Under Kwaja’s financial leadership, Two Six’s product-based annual recurring revenue is expected to surpass $100 million, representing 55% year-over-year growth.

This momentum reflects the company’s ability to translate innovative technology into differentiated products and software platforms that drive sustainable, recurring revenue while expanding its presence in the national security market. Most importantly, it demonstrates how strategic internal investments can accelerate growth, strengthen long-term business performance, and deliver meaningful, immediate impact on national security missions.

Two Six is also helping its government customers operate more efficiently by providing them with mission-ready products and technology platforms, which were fully developed by Two Six’s internal team and can be delivered into the hands of operational users immediately. This rapid, commercial-model development process significantly reduces risks, uncertainties and timelines for the government customer.

    Why Watch

In 2026, Kwaja and the finance team are heavily focused on exploring and leveraging AI to drive greater efficiency, visibility and automation across the finance function. They are evaluating opportunities to streamline manual processes, enhance reporting capabilities, improve data accuracy and deliver more timely, actionable insights to the business.

A key priority is identifying practical AI solutions that reduce time spent on repetitive tasks, allowing Two Six teams to focus more on strategic analysis, forecasting and decision-making. Ultimately, the goal is to transform finance into a more proactive, data-driven and forward-looking strategic partner to the business.

“I feel incredibly fortunate to work alongside such talented individuals at Two Six Technologies who take on some of our nation’s most challenging and consequential missions,” Kwaja said. “I’m equally proud of the finance team that supports these efforts with dedication, strategic insight and a commitment to excellence.”

Fun fact: If Kwaja wasn’t a CFO, he would be a DJ. His dream would be to travel the world, perform at music festivals and bring people together through music. From managing finances to mixing beats!
