Rob Neale
CFO & COO, NTT DATA Federal
As chief financial officer and chief operating officer of NTT DATA Federal, Rob Neale has combined multiple businesses and legal entities into a single, cohesive federal organization. Over the last several years, NTT DATA has used its resources to simplify the workstream and allow for greater collaboration. The combination of business units required aligning strategy and restructuring infrastructure to help the unified organization run smoothly.
“I have been with NTT DATA Federal for nearly 12 years,” Neale said. “What motivates me every day is our people. I could not have designed a better team of leaders to work alongside. We are well-positioned for sustainable growth.”
NTT DATA is also leveraging AI solutions to advance government outcomes and increase efficiency. The company is helping to take away administrative tasks and allow employees to focus on mission-critical tasks. NTT DATA aims to help government customers transition from AI to practical, scalable solutions that support mission operations.
“Our ability to combine AI with IT infrastructure modernization helps government agencies reduce downtime, operate more cost-efficiently and create faster mission delivery,” Neale said. “Our workforce enablement and digital workplace services are helping government agencies equip their employees with streamlined support, improving productivity, reducing technical disruptions and making everyday operations more efficient.”
