    Darla Moon

    CFO, Revolutional

Darla Moon leads finance, accounting and pricing at Revolutional, and bringing Harmonia and Maveris together as Revolutional has been her biggest recent achievement.

Moon’s team helped move two organizations from separate ways of working to a single financial and operational view, including a shared enterprise system. This has given Revolutional leaders a clearer view of performance and a stronger basis for the decisions ahead.

“Darla’s impact on our organization extends far beyond finance,” said Damon Griggs, CEO of Revolutional. “She has been an exceptional leader during a period of growth and transformation, helping modernize our financial operations, strengthen cross-functional collaboration and establish the processes needed to support our next chapter. Her vision, expertise and dedication have created lasting value for our employees, customers and stakeholders.”

Moon’s efforts have also given program managers better visibility into contract funding, spending and financial performance. That helps them spot issues earlier, plan resources more effectively and have more informed conversations with customers. The Revolutional team believes good financial management should make a program easier to run, not simply explain what happened after the fact.

    Why Watch

In 2026, Moon and her team are focused on turning a newly integrated finance function into a stronger decision partner for the business. They are improving forecasting program visibility and resource planning so leaders can see what is changing early enough to act. The measure of success isn’t how quickly they report the numbers; it’s how well those numbers help Revolutional make the next decision.

“At Revolutional, purpose-driven innovation applies to finance, too,” Moon said. “We’re exploring where AI can reduce the work behind reporting so our team can spend more time helping leaders understand the numbers and make better decisions.”

Fun fact: Away from the spreadsheets, Moon can be found at Smith Mountain Lake, where her family has a boat named REEL LAX. Moon is also a CFO Rising mentor, which lets her spend time helping the next generation of finance leaders find their footing. “Both are good reminders to look up from the numbers once in a while,” Moon said.
