Chuck Hicks
CFO, TRSS
One of Chuck Hicks’ proudest accomplishments this year has been bridging the gap between financial discipline and business strategy. He worked directly with TRSS’ go-to-market team to shape how to position and price solutions.
Hicks noted a key milestone was the successful development and implementation of an indirect rate structure that meets FAR and CAS compliance requirements, significantly strengthening TRSS’ government contracting foundation and audit readiness. Beyond the technical work, Hicks has been focused on building a culture of financial literacy across the organization, equipping leaders with the knowledge and tools to make smarter, more value-driven decisions every day.
TRSS is also helping government agencies detect and eliminate fraud faster and more effectively. By combining its proprietary data and exceptional talent with advanced technology, TRSS maps complex fraud rings, surfaces financial linkages, and identifies waste in programs with significant national security implications. The result is more sophisticated, scalable solutions that allow agencies to do more with less and focus their resources where they matter most.
