    Lilli Carter

Vice President, People Operations, Sabel Systems

Lilli Carter built Sabel Systems’ enterprise people operations function from the ground up. She redesigned the career development program with new career paths and competency frameworks, improving retention and internal mobility.

She currently leads the HR operations team and recruited a talent acquisition leader who manages recruiting at scale. She also manages career development, HR operations, talent acquisition, organizational design, performance management and regulatory compliance.

    Why Watch

Carter has taken on the challenge of creating a People Operations function that has grown from representing 200 employees to nearly 500 in one year. She remains focused on ensuring Sabel Systems’ workforce strategy is aligned with the company’s growth objectives, which include talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness and total rewards.

As the company continues to grow, it must also scale thoughtfully while maintaining the culture and values that have contributed to its success. Carter’s team is focused on building leadership capability, creating career pathways, enhancing employee experiences, and ensuring Sabel Systems has the right talent in the right roles to support future opportunities.
