Jessica Artz leads workforce strategy and aligns HR initiatives with ViaPath Technologies’ business objectives and mission. She has transformed ViaPath’s total rewards strategy to better meet the workforce’s evolving needs while supporting the company’s business and financial objectives.

These efforts strengthened ViaPath’s employee value proposition, increased engagement and enhanced the company’s ability to attract and retain top talent.

“Jessica’s leadership has been instrumental in strengthening ViaPath’s people strategy and ensuring our workforce is prepared to support the company’s continued growth,” said Deb Alderson, president and CEO of ViaPath Technologies.

“Her thoughtful approach to developing best-in-class organizations and programs has enhanced the employee experience while building the capabilities we need to deliver for our customers and communities.”
