Sabel Systems has appointed Mini Polaski as senior vice president and general manager of the Aerospace Digital Acceleration Business Unit, and Alexis Wenzel as vice president of business development for the U.S. Air Force account.
The additions come as Sabel looks to expand its Air Force business, building on more than a decade of support for Air Force Product Lifecycle Management.
“Mini and Alexis represent exactly the caliber of leadership we need to execute our vision for AF-PLM at scale,” said Shawn Purvis, president & CEO of Sabel Systems.
“Our commitment to product lifecycle management solutions has made us a trusted partner across Air Force programs. With these appointments, we’re positioned to accelerate innovation, capture significant growth opportunities, and deliver transformative digital capabilities that directly impact mission success.”
Polaski has over two decades of technical leadership experience in systems and aerospace engineering across defense contractors. She spent five years at Leidos as chief engineer and program manager, four years at Northrop Grumman in systems engineering management, and 12 years at Boeing in systems integration, flight test operations and flight test instrumentation.
At Sabel, she will directly address customer legacy system constraints and help increase delivery velocity.
Wenzel joins Sabel from BAE Systems, where she served as director of Business Development. Before BAE, she was defense business development director for ICF. Throughout her career, she led strategic growth initiatives, shaped capture strategy and competitive positioning, and aligned emerging technologies with critical defense missions, the company said.
At Sabel, Wenzel will help strengthen partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and shape strategy to deliver innovative capabilities that support Air Force priorities.
