ICF has been named an OpenAI Select Partner, combining OpenAI’s AI models with its technology, implementation and mission expertise to support government and commercial organizations.

“Organizations need a practical path that integrates and operationalizes AI with their data, people, workflows and mission priorities, in a scalable, secure, well-governed way,” said Kyle Tuberson, ICF chief technology officer.

“Through this new partnership, ICF will combine OpenAI’s frontier AI models with our leading mission, technology and implementation expertise to help government and commercial organizations accelerate innovation, improve operations and deliver measurable impact.”

The partnership will focus on AI-enabled applications, software development and modernization, customer experiences and internal operations. ICF will also provide governance, risk management and human-centered implementation support to help clients deploy the technology securely and at scale.

“ICF brings deep mission expertise and a strong track record of helping government agencies modernize critical programs,” said Asad Zia, OpenAI director of public sector partner management.

“By combining that experience with OpenAI’s advanced AI capabilities, we can help public-sector organizations responsibly deploy AI to improve services, strengthen operations and deliver better outcomes for the people they serve.”

The collaboration expands ICF’s AI strategy and AI partner ecosystem, combining technology and mission expertise to accelerate modernization and improve service delivery for government and commercial clients.
