Bindi Patel
Vice President of Contracts and Procurement and Corporate Risk Officer, ENSCO Inc.
Bindi Patel helped lay the foundation for governance, risk management and compliance so ENSCO can adopt emerging technologies responsibly while reshaping the national security landscape. Patel is especially proud of the way her team brings creativity, discipline and sound judgment to complex challenges.
“The trust they’ve earned with our customers and colleagues is strengthening mission delivery, supporting growth and positioning the organization for long-term success,” Patel said.
One of Patel’s key priorities this year is making the acquisition lifecycle easier and more efficient for government customers so they can spend less time navigating processes and more time advancing the mission. By helping simplify complex contracting and compliance challenges, she has supported faster decisions and given mission teams more room to focus on innovation and execution.
“One of Bindi’s greatest strengths is the ability to simplify complexity,” said Jeffrey Stevens, president of ENSCO. “Through thoughtful leadership in contracting, compliance and risk management, she has helped our government customers accelerate acquisitions, reduce process friction and spend more time focused on mission execution and innovation.”
Why Watch
In 2026, Patel and her team are focused on using ENSCO’s contracting, risk management and compliance expertise to help government customers keep pace with a fast-changing regulatory environment. They are collaborating to develop practical, innovative solutions that support the mission while building greater compliance and resilience.
“To me, leadership means creating an environment where talented people feel trusted and empowered to solve hard problems with confidence and integrity,” Patel said. “I’m proud to lead a team that welcomes innovation, manages risk thoughtfully, and works side by side with our government customers to support missions that truly matter.”
Fun fact: Outside of work, Patel can be found following horse racing and trying to handicap the day’s biggest races. She has learned that picking a winning exacta or trifecta can be even harder than negotiating a government contract.
