Tiffany Mitchell
Director of Acquisition Management, Nightwing
Tiffany Mitchell’s biggest recent achievement was leading the successful supply chain integration and implementation of Deltek Costpoint following a major organizational transition.
Mitchell guided internal teams and suppliers through new processes, developed policies and job aids, and helped establish a stronger operational foundation for the organization.
“Tiffany is the kind of contracts and supply chain leader you want driving change — calm under pressure, meticulous in her execution and always focused on enabling the mission,” said Senior Director of Contracts and Supply Chain David Lubrano.
“Her work to mature Costpoint, standardize procedures and develop role-based training is giving our teams the tools to move faster while staying firmly within the lines on compliance. Because of her leadership, our programs and government customers are benefiting from a stronger, more compliant, and more efficient operational foundation.”
Why Watch
In 2026, Mitchell’s team is heavily focused on maturing their Costpoint processes, strengthening compliance and creating greater consistency across the organization. They are also prioritizing role-based training and process improvements that will help employees work more independently and efficiently.
Nightwing is also helping government customers operate more efficiently by strengthening the supply chain processes that support program execution. By standardizing procedures, improving system utilization, developing supplier and employee training, and identifying risks earlier, Mitchell’s team helps programs make faster, more informed decisions while maintaining compliance.
“Transformation is not just about implementing a new system — it is about equipping people with the processes, knowledge and confidence to use it effectively,” Mitchell said. “I am proud of how my team has embraced change, supported one another, and continued building a stronger foundation for the future.”
Fun fact: Mitchell loves golf and enjoys the challenge of continuously improving her game. Although she is naturally left-handed, she plays golf right-handed.
