Everfox has appointed Maureen Stevens as chief corporate affairs officer to lead the company’s enterprise corporate affairs strategy and oversee communications, government relations, media relations and corporate reputation.

In her role, Stevens will also serve as a senior advisor to CEO and chairman Dave Wajsgras and the executive team on external affairs, stakeholder engagement and strategic communications, the company said.

“Maureen brings a combination of strategic communications expertise, national security insight, and leadership experience across several highly respected companies,” said Wajsgras. “Her ability to shape clear, credible narratives and strengthen corporate reputation will play a critical role as Everfox continues to grow and support our customers’ most critical missions.”

Stevens has over 25 years of senior leadership experience in aerospace, defense and cybersecurity. Before joining Everfox, she most recently served as senior vice president of marketing and communications for SES, where she led global marketing, communications and PR. After SES acquired Intelsat, she led the launch of the new SES brand, and served as senior vice president of marketing and communications at Intelsat before the acquisition.

“Everfox has built a remarkable reputation for enabling customers to securely move, share, and use their information in demanding mission environments,” said Stevens.

“I’m honored to join the company at such an exciting moment and look forward to partnering with Dave, the leadership team, and employees across the organization to deepen our engagement with customers, government stakeholders, and partners while further strengthening Everfox’s position as the trusted mission data platform.”

Stevens has also served in senior communications and PR roles at Raytheon Technologies, where she led cross-enterprise international communications and managed global change communications during the Raytheon-UTC merger. Before that, she led business communications and media relations for Raytheon Intelligence, Information & Services.
