Everforth ECS has appointed Steven Irish as chief growth officer to help unify the company’s growth organization and strengthen alignment across business development, capture and customer engagement functions.

Irish will also oversee efforts to expand Everforth ECS’ federal footprint, strengthen strategic technology partnerships and advance its government-focused capabilities portfolio, the company said.

“Steven’s proven ability to build high-performing teams, develop winning growth strategies, and cultivate trusted customer relationships makes him an exceptional addition to our senior leadership team,” said Donnie Scott, president of Everforth ECS.

“His experience leading organizations across a range of federal markets will be instrumental as we expand our AI, cybersecurity, and digital modernization capabilities to help agencies tackle increasingly complex challenges.”

Irish has over 25 years of executive leadership experience in federal defense, health and civilian sectors. Before Everforth ECS, he held senior leadership positions at Peraton, LexisNexis and DXC Technology.

“At Everforth ECS, I see an incredible opportunity to build on the company’s strong foundation, exceptional talent, and reputation for delivering meaningful outcomes across the federal landscape,” said Irish.

“I look forward to working closely with our teams, agency leaders, and industry partners to pursue new opportunities, accelerate the adoption of AI and other emerging technologies, and help government organizations modernize and operate more effectively.”
