Michael Rauseo
Vice President, National Security, Redhorse Corp.
Michael Rauseo’s team at Redhorse Corp. is expanding the company’s footprint across the Department of War through AI-enabled data and as-a-service capabilities supporting digital transformation initiatives.
In January 2026, the department’s chief data and analytics officer awarded Redhorse Corp.’s Intelligent Data Products as a Service (capability on the Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace. This capability resulted in two OTA prototype awards and will continue to deliver value as the Department fully embraces integration with and utilizing best in class AI-enabled capabilities, Rauseo said.
“Redhorse has built a reputation of meeting customers where they are in their digital transformation initiatives,” Rauseo said. “It is not a matter of if you modernize — it is how and when. We build fully government-owned usable data products and software that works.”
Why Watch
In 2026, Rauseo’s team is supporting DOW in the contested logistics domain and maturing Redhorse’s data-as-a-service and knowledge-as-a-service offerings for the defense intelligence enterprise. Their success in building master data management systems and being a leading provider in operationalizing the power of labeled property graphs has real utility for many enterprisewide mission areas for DOW, Rauseo said.
“As a Marine for 22 years and supporting the Pentagon in various roles since 2010, I can be a bit bullish on the power of command relationships and the integration of the Joint Force,” Rauseo said. “AI-ready data products should be the standard for every command and organization. These products democratize data and empower units and organizations to optimize operations, activities and investments and operate effectively throughout any hierarchy or command relationship.”
Fun fact: One of Rauseo’s 2026 goals is to learn the entire sequence of Tai Chi forms. At the time of this publication, he’s about halfway through.
