Today, BIA Digital Partners II LP (BIA DP) announced it has led a financing transaction and provided an equity co-investment, enabling the merger of Vantage Media, LLC and BrokersWeb, Inc. Patriot Capital II, L.P. (Patriot) participated in the financing transaction.
Vantage Media, LLC and BrokersWeb have combined to create one of the world’s largest online performance marketing company. The merge will allow the combined company to further accelerate the vertical expansion and products that each company has developed separately.
