CACI has secured a contract to support U.S. Central Command and its mission partners under a 1-year plus four option periods award.
The award has a ceiling of $1.5 billion.
“CENTCOM operates in one of the world’s most challenging regions, where intelligence must move quickly from insight to action,” said John Mengucci, CACI president and CEO.
“CACI brings the knowledge and advanced capabilities to help U.S. and partner forces act with speed, clarity, and confidence in support of our national security interests.”
CACI will use its Apollo program to support CENTCOM planning, analysis, information-sharing and mission execution across the command’s area of responsibility. The work is intended to help commanders coordinate across military commands and partner organizations and make decisions in contested or communications-denied environments.
The award builds on CACI’s irregular warfare work for geographic and functional combatant commands. The company said it will apply that experience to CENTCOM’s planning, coordination and operational readiness requirements.
