    Allison Patrick, Everlaw

    Allison Patrick

Vice President of Sales – Public Sector, Everlaw

When Allison Patrick joined Everlaw in September 2025, she had a vision to be part of the solution to a larger problem.

“I left the systems integrator sector and joined Everlaw at a time when I was empathetic to the vast growth in data and the drowning effect it was having on public servants,” Patrick said. “I wanted to be part of solving the problem.”

Everlaw’s cloud-based electronic discovery and document review platform is designed to manage large volumes of electronically stored information during litigation, investigations and public records requests. Founded in 2010 and based in northern California, it serves law firms, corporate legal departments and government entities — including all 50 state attorneys general and the Justice Department.

The power of Everlaw is in its AI capability, and this past year has been about demonstrating the underpinning value of AI to the government, she said. Since Patrick joined Everlaw, the company has brought public records intake, management and electronic discovery (PRIME) to the market to manage burgeoning public records requests. Government agencies are now seeing lawsuits related to the time it takes to manage and process records requests, she said.

“Public servants are committed to transparency, but they have lacked the tools to respond,” Patrick said. “PRIME is just one more tool to support our democratic government response to citizen services.”

    Why Watch

In the year ahead, Patrick looks for the Everlaw AI Deep Dive solution to help more public servants see greater gains related to their mission.

The team at Everlaw works with government agencies to build AI use cases unique to their specific workflows. Solution architects hold hour-long AI labs with public servants and within minutes build prompts that deliver data that would have otherwise taken days or weeks to discover, if at all, she said.

Patrick said watching public servants realize efficiency and become “overnight advocates” for tech tools that are helping them as AI adoption takes root is deeply rewarding. Public servants save time, increase accuracy and are better able to focus on mission, she said.

“It’s exciting to watch Allison and the public sector team lead Everlaw in bridging California’s tech culture with government culture,” said Everlaw Chief Revenue Officer Joe Glass. “Her years of experience in the public sector help make that technology transfer possible, putting these powerful tools in the hands of the government. That’s a win for every taxpayer.”

Fun fact: Patrick is familiar with Everlaw’s Deep Dive concept on a more literal level. An advanced open water scuba diver since age 16, she still enjoys ambitious exploring.
