Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. has appointed Rich Fisne as vice president of contracts.
Fisne brings decades of executive leadership experience in contracts, proposals, pricing, procurement, mergers and acquisitions, and international business to the role. His focus will be delivering innovative solutions while supporting continued growth and operational excellence, the company said.
“Rich’s extensive industry experience, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to excellence make him an outstanding addition to MTSI,” said Ashutosh Gokhale, executive vice president and CFO at MTSI. “His expertise strengthens our contracts organization and supports our continued growth.”
Before joining MTSI, Fisne was senior vice president of contracts for HII’s Mission Technologies division, where he helped the organization grow from approximately $1 billion to over $3 billion in annual revenue. He also held senior contracts leadership positions at Alion Science and Technology, MANTECH and Booz Allen Hamilton.
In 2024, Fisne won WashingtonExec’s Pinnacle Award for Contracts Executive of the Year (Public Company).
