NextPoint Group has acquired UScontracting, a provider of software development solutions focused on cybersecurity, signals intelligence and data analysis supporting the intelligence community.

The deal marks NPG’s first acquisition; Godspeed Capital Management acquired the Herndon, Virginia-based company in November 2025.

“UScontracting represents an ideal fit for our platform,” said Ron Kattas, CEO at NPG. “The company’s capabilities, customer access, and talented team align closely with NPG’s strategy to build and scale a differentiated, provider of mission-focused technologies and solutions. We’re excited to partner with their leadership and talented teams to accelerate growth.”

NPG said it will support UScontracting’s organic growth through its combined platform capabilities while pursuing additional acquisitions.

“We are thrilled to join NextPoint Group for our next phase of growth,” said Bill Haworth, president of UScontracting. “We look forward to leveraging NPG’s strategic vision, resources, and experience to provide even greater opportunities for our highly skilled workforce and expand our suite of innovative solutions for our customers’ missions.”

Nathaniel T.G. Fogg, partner at Godspeed, said the acquisition reflects Godspeed’s strategy to better serve national security customers by meeting their mission requirements.

“UScontracting brings a devoted team, a culture of innovation, and a complementary set of capabilities, all of which will enhance NPG’s ability to help its customers solve some of the nation’s most complex national security challenges,” he added.
