Edgewater Federal Solutions has acquired RedLine Performance Solutions, a provider of high-performance computing solutions and services.

“This is a transformational step for Edgewater,” said Tom Ferrando, CEO of Edgewater. “The addition of RedLine strengthens our ability to help customers navigate the convergence of data center modernization, cloud, cybersecurity, software engineering, AI, and HPC while delivering the technologies required to address evolving mission challenges. Together, we’re building a company that can design, deploy, operate, and optimize the systems that support the nation’s critical infrastructure.”

The acquisition combines Edgewater’s enterprise modernization and mission technology services with RedLine’s experience designing, deploying and optimizing high-performance computing systems.

Together, the company will offer federal agencies services across cloud, cybersecurity, software engineering, scientific computing and HPC to support critical infrastructure and complex mission requirements, the company said.

“Joining Edgewater enables us to pair decades of leadership in HPC and scientific computing with the scale and resources needed to deliver end-to-end solutions,” said Carolyn Pasti, CEO of RedLine Performance Solutions. “This is a natural evolution for our company and an exciting opportunity for our employees, customers, and the missions we support.
