Valiant Integrated Defense Services has appointed Ashlee Dominguez as chief growth officer.
Dominguez has over 20 years of experience in growth, business development and operational leadership across the national security market.
She most recently led Valiant’s Intelligence Business Unit.
“Ashlee is a visionary and mission-focused leader who combines strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into action,” said Daniel Simms, CEO of Valiant.
“She understands that sustainable growth starts with our customers and the missions we support. Her combination of operational leadership, customer insight, and growth experience makes her uniquely positioned to bring our capabilities together across the enterprise, sharpen our focus on the markets where Valiant can differentiate and win, and lead the next phase of our growth.”
In her new role, Dominguez will lead enterprise growth strategy and advance organic and acquisitive growth across national security markets. She will oversee strengthening Valiant’s market position, expanding its capabilities and driving long-term growth.
“Valiant has extraordinary people, differentiated capabilities, and a mission that matters,” said Dominguez.
“I am excited to build on that foundation and work across our enterprise to create a more integrated, disciplined approach to growth. Our focus will be on understanding our customers’ most important challenges, bringing the best of Valiant to those missions, and pursuing the opportunities where we can deliver meaningful value and win.”
