Tria Federal has promoted Diana Ceban to chief growth officer to oversee enterprise growth strategy, business development, client and partner relationships, and market expansion.

Ceban first joined Tria in 2024 as executive vice president, Military and Veteran Health, and was promoted in 2025 to executive vice president, Strategic Initiatives and Market Expansion.

“Over the last two decades, Tria has grown into a trusted partner for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Department of Veterans Affairs and the Defense Health Agency. Diana is the right leader to help us build upon that track record of mission impact,” said Tim Borchert, CEO of Tria Federal.

“The trilemma has sharpened our focus as a company, and Diana will make sure we can move the needle on cost, quality, or access for the agencies we serve. Her leadership will be instrumental as we pursue our vision to make federal health systems work at national scale.”

Ceban’s promotion reflects Tria’s focus on addressing the competing pressures of health care cost, quality and access. As CGO, she will align the company’s federal health pipeline and capture efforts with agency needs across those areas.

Ceban will also work with Tria’s Public Safety business to pursue opportunities at the departments of Homeland Security and War that draw on the company’s technical and health care expertise. The work will focus on missions that need reliable operations, secure systems and accountable data.

Before joining Tria, Ceban was vice president and health market leader at SAIC.

“Growth in federal health isn’t about chasing the next contract; it’s about understanding the whole operating system deeply enough to know where meaningful gains are possible in order to further the missions we support,” Ceban said.

“At the scale our federal health customers operate, even a one percent improvement in an aspect of the trilemma, while holding steady in the other areas, can generate real outcomes that compound over time. My focus as Chief Growth Officer is making sure we foster growth where that kind of impact is possible.”
