CGI Federal has launched the AI Agent Catalog in collaboration with Amazon Web Services to help federal agencies quickly deploy secure agentic AI in government environments.

The catalog has thousands of curated AI agent use cases that address critical mission challenges, like enhanced cyber defenses, fraud detection, benefits processing and back-office modernization. They meet security, governance and compliance requirements of U.S. government operations.

The offering also includes tools to generate self-directed agents that navigate secure federal environments and automate administrative and operational workflows.

“Federal leaders are looking for a secure, governed path to deploy agentic AI at scale where it can make a measurable impact on mission delivery,” said Karim Fadel, vice president of Business Engineering and AI Go-to-Market Strategy for CGI Federal.

“With the AI Agent Catalog, federal agencies can move beyond isolated pilots to rapidly deploy mission‑specific agents that automate critical work, strengthen oversight and give teams more time to focus on higher-value work. This offering gives federal teams a foundation to adopt agentic AI responsibly and with confidence, ensuring human judgment stays at the center while accelerating innovation across the enterprise.”

CGI Federal said the AI Agent Catalog is augmented by governance advisory services and can help agencies audit their use and track AI activity across their organizations. It also builds on the company’s portfolio of governed AI capabilities for the U.S. government.
