    Amanda Christian

Senior Vice President of Contracts and Subcontracts, CACI

Over the past 18 years at CACI, Amanda Christian has advanced the company’s procurement, subcontracts and contracts organizations, helping position them as strategic drivers of business success. She is no stranger to change, rising to the occasion as she navigates her team through shifts in evolving priorities at CACI and under the current administration.

Christian is committed to driving efficiencies without compromising national security. Under her leadership, CACI has successfully adapted to new procurement policies and Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements, strengthening the company’s position as an agile, trusted government partner.

CACI’s last 13 acquisitions have all been technology-focused companies, marking its transition from a services business to a technology-first company. During this period of record growth, Christian has worked to reshape and upskill CACI’s Contracts and Subcontracts organization so it operates as a true enterprise partner, actively leading this transition rather than simply supporting it.

“One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been investing in people,” said Christian. “When you empower your team to think strategically, challenge assumptions and keep learning, they become catalysts versus simply contributors.”

    Why Watch

In 2026, Christian is tackling two major challenges: constant regulatory change and the rapid emergence of AI. While ensuring her group remains ready to adapt to evolving requirements, she is also implementing numerous AI initiatives focused on increasing capacity and identifying where the technology can create meaningful value.

“Amanda has an exceptional ability to see around corners and bring people together to solve complex issues,” said CACI Executive Vice President, CFO and Treasurer Jeff MacLauchlan. “She develops high-performing teams, earns trust across the business, and consistently delivers results that have a lasting impact on CACI.”

Fun fact: Christian loves to travel and experience new cultures and adventures. Her next trip is to hike the Dolomites in Italy with three friends, and she can’t wait to experience the beauty there.
