Josh Reddell
Chief Growth Officer, Synergy ECP, LLC
Josh Reddell’s biggest recent achievement is the reconstruction of Synergy’s growth team, processes and tools. In the year since he became chief growth officer, Synergy has completely evolved everything about the way it does business; and it has integrated an AI-enabled infrastructure to help scale capability development, customer reach and overall output.
Synergy’s talented and dedicated growth team operates at a level comparable to an organization 10 times its size, Reddell said.
Synergy is also deliberately focusing its AI strategy around enabling the capabilities that customers already have. The goal is to optimize out-of-the-box as much as possible to find cost-effective, iterative and meaningful ways AI/ML can support customers’ specific mission needs.
The threat landscape evolves too quickly to suggest aspirational capabilities that take too long to develop; so, Synergy meets customers where they are and focuses on bringing them tangible solutions and capabilities as quickly as possible, Reddell said.
“Josh has been transformational for Synergy ECP’s growth trajectory,” said Phil Murphy, president of Synergy ECP. “He rebuilt our business development organization from the ground up, instilled real rigor in our pipeline, and refocused our B&P investment on the opportunities that matter most. What he’s built isn’t just a stronger team; it’s a repeatable growth engine that positions us for sustained wins in a competitive market.”
Why Watch
In 2026, Reddell and his team are heavily focused on the continued expansion of their customer portfolio following the successful acquisition and integration of NetServices, Inc. They are submitting several prime proposals across the intelligence community as well as defense and civilian agencies. And they’re working closely with Synergy’s Innovation Lab to develop powerful capabilities based on the demand signals from customers.
“I am so proud of the work we have done at Synergy ECP over the last year,” Reddell said. “I was confident in our vision, but I never would have been able to achieve it without my team, who just happens to be the best in the business.”
Fun fact: Reddell enjoys endurance races — the more miserable the better. He aims to make each year’s race calendar more miserable than the last. “I think it is good medicine to push yourself and strive to be relentless,” Reddell said.
