QinetiQ, Inc. has appointed Jennifer Deaver as chief people officer, effective July 6.
Deaver brings over 20 years of human resources experience to the role, having built high-performing organizations through workforce planning, talent strategy and innovative recruiting. She most recently led QinetiQ US’ Talent Acquisition organization.

Before joining QinetiQ US, Deaver oversaw enterprise talent strategy at Avantus Federal, where she led workforce and operational transformation through the company’s acquisition by QinetiQ.
