Edgewater Federal Solutions has won a 5-year contract to be the IT managed service provider for Argonne National Laboratory.
Argonne is operated by UChicago Argonne, LLC, for the Energy Department. The 1,500‑acre campus employs over 4,500 people, including approximately 1,600 scientists and engineers. Under the contract, Edgewater will deliver comprehensive managed IT services to support Argonne’s critical research mission across energy, environment, national security and STEM disciplines, the company said.

Edgewater’s services include service desk operations, on‑site and remote end‑user support, integrated IT and audio‑visual services, and management of Argonne’s ITSM platform to provide a scalable, flexible and resilient hybrid support model.
