    Rob Morris, CACI

    Rob Morris

Senior Vice President, Digital Transformation, CACI

Since taking on his current role in November 2021, Rob Morris has spearheaded cross-functional projects to optimize insights and operational processes across CACI. During the past several years, he has been committed to making data more accessible, consistent and reusable across the organization.

This work began with data democratization to ensure that information from core business systems could be accessed in standardized ways to support analysis and decision‑making. To achieve this, Morris and his team created shared data environments, improved structure and data practices, and established repeatable approaches for analytical solutions. Building on this foundation, they developed analytical and predictive products that gave business functions better visibility into trends, operations and performance.

These steps positioned the team to prepare CACI for the current wave of AI. Using enterprise data, they began organizing around three key areas: AI mindset (AI-first thinking and responsible use), AI operations (embedded, governed workflows), and AI outcomes (measurable impact, scaled deployment).

“This multi‑year foundation ensures that CACI’s enterprise-wide AI adoption is not an isolated technology shift but an extension of a broader transformation already underway,” Morris said. “Our goal for 2026 is to make AI a practical, everyday resource that enhances how the entire organization operates.”

    Why Watch

In 2026, Morris is determined to continue equipping CACI’s entire organization — 27,000 employees — to work more effectively with AI. This means continuing to broaden enablement and working closely with business and technical leaders, so AI becomes a natural part of how people work, decide and collaborate. Morris’ team will deliver expert AI tools to enrich the work that teams perform today, including complex workflows, data‑intensive analysis, and decisions that need consistent, reliable support.

“Rob has been instrumental in building the data and AI foundation that allows CACI to move from experimentation to real, scalable impact,” said CACI Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer Jason Bales. “He brings together vision and execution, embedding AI into everyday workflows in a way that is practical, governed, and focused on outcomes.”
