Peraton has named Vishal Tulsian president of the Health, State, and Local Sector, bringing over 25 years of expertise in general management and a record of strong financial performance.

“We are delighted to welcome Vishal to the Peraton leadership team,” said Peraton President and COO Bob Genter. “His extensive experience driving growth across civilian, state, and local government markets is a tremendous asset as we continue to expand our presence and deepen our impact in these areas. Vishal’s proven ability to build high-performing teams and deliver results for customers makes him the ideal leader to advance Peraton’s mission on programs that interface with millions of American across our nation.”

Tulsian served as president and COO of RELI Group Inc., where he built a growing pipeline of new business opportunities. Before that, he spent over a decade at SAIC as senior vice president and general manager of the State, Local, Education, and Health and Citizen Services business unit.

“I am thrilled to join Peraton and lead a sector that touches so many critical aspects of people’s daily lives—from public health to essential government services,” Tulsian said. “Peraton has an outstanding reputation for delivering trusted, innovative solutions, and I look forward to building on that foundation to help our customers meet their evolving mission requirements and better serve the communities that rely on them.”

Tulsian chairs the American Heart Association’s Greater Washington Region board of directors.
