CACI International has appointed Christopher Monoski as executive vice president of manufacturing and will report directly to President and CEO John Mengucci and serve as a key member of the leadership team.

“CACI is a fundamentally different company today than it was a decade ago, which is the direct result of our clear and consistent strategy, intentional leadership, and disciplined execution over many years,” Mengucci said. “Chris is a proven operational leader who will build on our strong foundation of manufacturing excellence and advance our long-standing record of innovation. His experience adds further depth to our team as we continue to scale with the security and reliability required for the complex technologies we deliver. These efforts help our customers stay ahead of emerging threats.”

Monoski joins CACI from L3Harris Technologies, where he most recently served as vice president of operations. There, he oversaw support for $6 billion in annual revenue, six manufacturing sites and over 3,000 operations personnel.

As CACI’s EVP of manufacturing, Monoski will lead the strategic oversight of the production of the company’s advanced technologies, including RF systems, photonics, optical communications, space-based EO/IR payloads, mixed-signal electronics, and integrated electro‑mechanical solutions.
