    Candice Frost, Parsons Corp.

    Candice Frost

Vice President, Mission Engagement, High Consequence Missions, Parsons Corp.

Candice Frost’s most significant achievement focuses on the strategic design and integration of advanced cyber-intelligence frameworks that bridge the gap between tactical military operations and high-level national security policy.

By spearheading initiatives that synchronize multidomain threat intelligence, Parsons empowers decision-makers to anticipate and neutralize sophisticated state-sponsored cyber threats before they reach critical areas. This work strengthens the nation’s defense posture and ensures a sustainable public-private partnership exists among all areas of the cyber kill chain.

Parsons also aligns with the current administration’s cybersecurity priorities to shift the burden to the adversary. The company works hand in glove with USCYBERCOM to continue the Parsons’ edge with the integration of the Joint Cyber Hunt Kit via SealingTech.

“We provide the hardware and specialized operators who can identify operations in real-time,” Frost said. “Our latest proof point is the $500M intent to award for Joint Cyber Hunt Kits proving we are the USG’s choice for modular, rapidly deployable hunt capabilities.”

    Why Watch

In 2026, Frost’s team is heavily focused on the operationalization of AI/ML to achieve speed of relevance in cyber warfare. Frost and her team are moving beyond theoretical models to deploy autonomous defensive systems that can detect and remediate vulnerabilities in real time across complex networks. Their priority is to ensure Parsons’ intelligence community and defense customers have the cognitive overmatch required to dominate an increasingly automated and contested digital battlefield.

Fun fact: Frost spent time as an avid surfer when she was stationed in Hawaii for almost a decade.
